TLCx Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The office was cold and bleak not a welcoming environment at all. Receptionist was rude and not friendly at all. The interviewer was rude and seemed to be in a rush. She yawned quite a few times and seemed uninterested in what I was saying. When I didnt understand a question she gave major attitude and talked down towards me.

Interviews are done with a member of management. Mine was done by the center manager. It was very laidback. It was very basic in the questioning; who I was, what my previous work experience was, what I was looking to do in the future. He then described the job and requirements. Since I already had previous work in sales, telemarketing, and customer service I received an offer for the job.
