TP ICAP Account Manager interview questions

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a recruiter at TP ICAP / Parameta during my interview process — one of the worst in my 20-year career. Despite progressing through multiple interview rounds, I repeatedly had to follow up just to get the next round scheduled. This was particularly frustrating given that I had communicated I was actively interviewing elsewhere and was hoping to keep pace with other processes. After my final round, I received no communication or update. Weeks later, I followed up, only to be completely ignored. I've never encountered such a lack of responsiveness or professionalism from a recruiter, especially at a senior stage of an interview process. This experience left a very poor impression of the company's hiring practices and candidate experience. The recruiter (whose initials are J.P.) needs to find a new line of work because she's absolutely terrible at what she does.
