I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TP ICAP (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
The initial stage was a CV Screening, this was shortly followed by an online interview (HireVue) that wasn't too demanding. It asked basic questions such as what attracts you to Broking, why TP ICAP etc. Following that, they held an assessment centre where we had to do a group activity and had interviews with various people across the business. Overall, it was a very insightful and enjoyable experience!
The interview process was consistent of 4 rounds: first round (if its counted) was a video interview, then followed by call with the HR, then first round of interviews with managers and last another interview with more of the team.
