Single day in London office. It was a little time ago however it was competency based with some group based tasks and interactive case study/test. I didn't get the job, feedback was that I was too 'green'. In hindsight, probably correct - albeit it was a grad role.

Interview
Phone, simulation, drinks and management interview. Very little technical knowledge required. Show maturity and confidence and they will be impressed. Most come here when they couldnt get access to banks.
