Interview
Total interview took about 3 hours. Consisting of simulated market test, numbers test, group presentation and a group interview where they ask each individual several questions. For the group presentation, we were split into two teams and given an ICAP portfolio to speak about to potential clients in order to convince them that the ICAP portfolio is correct for them to improve their business.

Interview
They had me interview with two different leaders. Very informal in the beginning just introducing each other and getting to know one another. They then gave me a piece of paper with several math questions. They told me the time and said i had as long as i needed. When I came out they checked my answers. We went through the exam to see what I had done right and what was wrong.
