Telephone interview, lasted about 25 minutes. The lady made me feel really comfortable considering how nervous I was. Standard questions: why ICAP, why broking, what technology platforms does ICAP use, difference between trader/broker, voice/electronic broking. Then a few competency and maths questions.
Now waiting to hear back from them about whether i go through to the assessment centre.
Hope that helps
I applied online. I interviewed at TP ICAP (London, England)
Interview
I applied online and was invited to a telephone interview. However, the process involves online application, telephone interview, assessment centre and final interview before receiving an offer.
The online application is mostly an elevator pitch on why they should hire you and giving your opinion on the importance of regulation in the industry.
