Interview
The phone interview asked several behavioral questions, technical questions (it's okay if you don't some financial terms), fraction-decimal conversion questions such as "what is 1/16 as decimal?" The final interview consisted of three parts: a quantitative and verbal reasoning test, a group exercise, and a panel interview. The test questions were similar to SAT/GRE questions, but the time limit was very constrained. The group exercise focused on presenting the products…
Pretty straightforward. First round is with the Hr, basically just to filter whether you would be a right fit for the role. Second round is with the various desk heads who are looking to hire, the focus here is more on experience along with cultural fit for desk and the product.
Very relaxed process, first stage was conversational interview, last stage being a day on the floor. Instant repsonse first round, a lot longer for the second. They are looking for highly interpersonal people, who are quick and sharp. Skills and experience are secondary. Having sports background is advantageous.
