Questions about what i bring to the company and how that is able to best improve things for the future. It was pretty smooth and informal overall with everyone friendly and accepting.
The company need to make sure your typing speed was good. Before you spoke with anyone in HR you must take a quiz. The interview went very well and it was like speaking with someone who is down to earth

Interview
It was fast and straight to the point. I was able to impress my manager back then and she found out that I was one of the Q3 2009 SJM Champion in Novaliches, where all supervisors are being ranked based on your team's performance across all accounts in Novaliches.
