Talkdesk Manager, Customer Success interview questions

15 days after applying on Talkdesk's received a template email from TA team, asking to reply to a couple of questions online in 72 hours. A month afterwards still no reply for them, I have no idea what's going on. No wonder the position is open for months! Through word of mouth from an ex-employee I heard that the CEO is a micromanager which adding to the reviews here about fake glass door reviews and reps actively looking outside of Talkdesk might be a blessing in disguise.

I applied to this position via LinkedIn. As part of the screening process, first I received an email from Talkdesk with some test questions from a dummy customer, which I answered. More than a month later I received an email to schedule an interview. The interview itself was quite easy with simple questions and very informal.
