Target Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Very easy interview process. A few basic questions about my past and then some small talk and then an offer. After a fairly detailed online application, I spoke first with an HR representative for about 15 minutes. She stated that she liked me and would like me to meet the manager. He came in a few minutes later and basically just chatted with me socially and then offered me the position.
