I applied multiple times. The interview went alright, I was told I was the right person for the job since I was a former employee. At the end the hiringt team said they decided they were not going to hire anyone for that position. I then applied 7 or 8 times for a position and all I get is a poor response saying that they will move forward with another candidate. I don't know how I am discarded after having spent 7 years at the company, collecting so much knowledge, and proving over and over my value and great performance. They won't give me a call anymore or not even consider me for a position to start at the bottom. Sad!
