The line of work was very rewarding in terms of customer satisfaction, I worked on the Kareo side of Tebra and I always liked the vision and mission of the company.

Cons

I worked for over 7 years and was laid off after the company merged with PatientPop and things started to look bad. Other colleagues were laid off before my turn and some friends that continued working there said that management screwed it all up. The senior reps, supervisors, and coaches all left because dramatic changes done by management affected their job and made it harder for everyone.
