Good leadership and product with huge potential. Inbound sales environment, low stress, sales role.

Cons

No upward trajectory. Sales leadership is taking a nose dive. Marketing cannot get qualified leads to save their life. Long-term success as company looks minimal to none. Extremely low pay and not a competitive role for the market. I'm embarrassed to tell people I work here.

This company is getting run into the ground poor leadership fluctuating priorities if you last a year here that will be surprising with high turnover. And poor product. and poor benefits who doesn't do 401k match these days
