Pros

All the pros were systematically taken away. They HAD good insurance benefits; they moved it to a worse plan with less benefits and even less reimbursement limit.

Cons

Management is dead set on defending shareholders values at the cost of employees' mental health and manpower. They will never say it, but they expect you to make up on the case quote during your off hours with no additional pay. If you bring this up, they will bring up a minimum case quota you need to reach to be eligible for overtime pay. This is normal, what isn't is the system they use to maintain you always on back to back calls on the phone while expecting at the same time that you work on case resolution, without giving you any time during your shift for dedicated case work (without the phone) Therefore, employees are forced to "make up" for not reaching their cases quota during their off-hours and then work overtime to resolve even more cases if you want more pay. Multiple employees are okay with this and the company is now used to using the excuse of, "well other employees can achieve it, why can't you?". If you are okay with being nothing more than a gear in a machine, where the machine at any given moment will simply replace you, then I recommend Tebra. If you have any kind of self-respect and the chance to continue looking for any other job, go anywhere else.

Pros

Good health insurance Monday thru Friday schedule Wellness subsidies

Cons

in one word " Poor Management". Leadership often feels disconnected from operational reality. There is a heavy emphasis on optics, metrics, and perception management, while core workload, burnout, and process inefficiencies remain unresolved for long periods of time. Employees are frequently expected to operate strategically while still being buried in reactive day-to-day firefighting. Communication around expectations and development can also feel inconsistent depending on leadership style.
