Went to an Open House session and received on the spot interview with the nurse manager of the unit you're interested in. The candidates were all in one room with the nurse manager. I only had to talk about my goal as a nurse and more information about myself. Received a call from HR in about a month.

Interview
Applied and got a phone call from the NM a week later. Interview went well. Questions were not too hard. Was taken for a tour of the whole hospital and unit.
