My interview was very relaxed. She asked me to tell her about myself a little and then explained the whole unit to me and asked if I had questions. She asked me what 3 things I would bring to the nursing team and what 3 things I hope to gain and learn from working there. She also asked if I had 5 patients and all 5 needed something at once, how would I prioritize which patient I help first. Lastly, she asked if I had a patient that was like nope I don’t want you as my nurse right at the beginning of shift, how would I react and what would I do in the situation.

I attended a hiring event in person. I was asked a few questions in regards to my interest in working for the company, why I wanted to become a RN, and what shift I preferred.
Easy interview with the manager. The hiring process was also very smooth. Walked you through what you need and they check in on you to keep you on track to have it done so you can start on time.
