Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Without teamwork, our entire operation would completely fail. How much of a team player are you, and how willing are you to help ANYONE in need, say someone at the grocery store that can't reach something, etc? Give 2 or 3 examples of how you helped someone achieve something that they couldn't have done alone, at work AND in your personal life. (i.e. the grocery store)

Interview
Very basic interview for a server/bartender position but the restaurant was in the middle of hiring a new management staff, the acting manager who interviewed me was extremely rude, I was called in for an interview but he was constantly rolling his eyes and sighing and it was quite obvious that he forgot that he scheduled an interview with me and acted as if I was wasting his time from the second I met him, I went in dressed professionally with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in entrepreneurship and three years of bartending and serving experience. His responses to my answers were also extremely rude and degrading.
It was super easy, honestly it lasted about two minutes if that just asking if I had experience. After that it was mainly what days I can work and why!
