Came to the restaurant. Sat with the assistant manager who explained the job in brief, but comprehensive detail. Offered the job after the explaination of the duties entailed within. Overall, the process was very short. The assistant manager was friendly and engaging during the interview. The interview was conducted in the restaurant during business hours, so people were eating around us. I was interviewed one-on-one, but the assistant manager was interviewing other candidates for my position and other postions they were filling at the time.

Met with owner at work site and asked me questions based on work history, talents, skills, and why they should hire me. Also they asked me about my outside of work hobbies and activities and what you are interested in. Sports was a big conversation.
