The hiring process has gotten much better since I was hired, but I was first interviewed by phone due to not living in the area. I was invited for a second interview in person for the position I was interested in, which took about an hour of conversation with a few of the management staff I would be working or who would be supervising me. Once I was contacted and offered a position, HR worked with me to get me started and trained ASAP so I could move and transition effectively.
