You will need to complete one interview with the program manager. It's s pretty quick and painless interview. If the interview goes well you will need to complete a second interview with the directors. They may also refer you to another position if they feel it's a better fit.

There weren't really any difficult or surprising questions. They are pretty transparent.
The interview was Very quick. The two woman had attitudes the whole time. Didn't seem to care if you were qualified or not. Seemed like they were looking for friends not coworkers.
