First interview is at the office. Second is at the group home you will be working at. They may involve a client to interview you as well. They try to make the process as easy as possible. There is a lot of personal judgement involved on the part of the interviewer. You may answer correctly, but if you don't seem like the kind of person who can handle developmentally disabled people, you won't get a call back.
