The interview was done in three stages. Firstly there was in interview with the Operations Manager and the Recruitment manager. The interview consisted of a discussion about my experience, followed by a half hour test involving organisation of meeting rooms. A much more relaxed conversation with the Operations Manager followed. The second stage consisted of another review of my experience, this time with the Operations Manager and one of the partners of the firm. Finally, I was invited to do a two-day trial with the team, to get a feel for what the job would be like and whether of not I was suited to the role.
