The Buckle Sales Management Intern interview questions

Super easy, I would say its more of a get to know you and why you want the internship. Ask questions, make sure you know about the brands they carry, and about the store. It was about 5-10 minutes on the sales floor. Show/tell them what you can do to increase sales.

I submitted my application online and was required to take a survey/quiz about how I would handle certain situations as well as my personality traits. After I submitted the app I didn't hear from anyone in the company for about 2 weeks. I decided to call and talk to the manager and she offered to set up an interview. I went in and we talked standing up in the middle of the store. The questions were really generic and basic, they were more about what I wanted to do if I received the internship. It seemed as if most interns follow on a path with Buckle even after the internship. They encourage interns to move on as a management trainee within the company after graduation. It only lasted about twenty-minutes and she informed me that they usually only hire one intern per store but they would let me know within a week or so. She called me five days later to offer me the position.
