Interview
Really just an interview to see if you're physically capable of the job. Warehouse supervisor / manager probably just wants to see you in person to get a better idea if you'll quit right away in all honesty.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online, got an email requesting a phone interview. Phone call took about 5 minutes, scheduled an in person interview with the shift manager. Was asked situational questions then told to wait for a phone call with the decision. About 3 days later got an email saying they went with someone more qualified. Then a week later received another phone call from a different location saying they saw that I applied and was recently interviewed and wanted to interview me for their location. So I have another interview with a different manager/location in a day.
