Interview
Small panel, handful of questions, less fact-based and more "what would you do" scenarios. People were kind and answered questions I prepared for them. It was quick, position was offered within 2 days of the interview itself.
Swift and pleasant. Panel interview asked questions and gave scenario, which required feedback. Everyone took turns reading scenario. Asked you to tell them something about you. Didn't know the pay but gave great details about the position applied for. Went well did not try to intimidate the interviewee.

I accepted an interview with the company only to be told once I arrived at the interview that my degree was not in the field they were looking for and that the interview should have not be scheduled. This was after I spent nearly 20 minutes completing a paper application and background check forms. Then I was told to check back on the site for other job opening. I said "No thank you."
