I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Rome, GA)
Interview
Interview process was fairly straightforward. I submitted an application and was interviewed a couple of days after. I found out that I had gotten the job the same day that I interviewed, so the waiting period was not long at all. The interview was a behavioral one, so it was not very difficult. I got the sense that they wanted to see how well the job would fit into my personality given the types of questions.
The interview itself isn't all too bad. However, with only one employee in HR (Oregon Location), the rest of the process took over a month. After accepting their offer letter and asking about my first day, I was ghosted for about a week.
Panel interview, never heard from them again. Phone screening and interview with 3 people, went well and good conversation. Did not hear back at all, not even rejection. I have to write 30 words
