I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview was very laid back and easy going. It felt more like a conversation getting to know more about you than it felt like an interview. I was very satisfied with the entire process and it was very short and precise. It only lasted about an hour.
The executive director I was interviewed by was very nice. She didn't ask any questions out of the ordinary. Each one applied to the position. She was open and talked a lot about the facility and what she was looking for in the search of the wellness director position.
