Was contacted by company recruiter via automated email inviting me to take a "digital video interview." This was not a FaceTime or Skype-like video interview, but rather an asynchronous interviewing software that records video of you answering questions instead of pairing you with a live interviewer.

Done through HireVue. I really didn’t like the digital, recorded answers part. It felt very impersonal and cold. I didn’t feel like I was able to enjoy the interview process.

I was previously a fall intern with TR and had an exit interview with the intern manager. Typical interview process, gave her my resume, and then went on to the interview. Found out by the end of the week that I was hired on.
