Applied online had a phone screening with HR then a phone call with the hiring manager. Went to the office for in person interview with the hiring manager and a team member. Was told my technical experience wasn't the problem but worried about my customer service experience. Funny because Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg thought my experience with customers wasn't the issue but my technical experience was lacking but still gave me an offer. Submitted interview online, within 10 days had a phone interview with HR. After phone interview an in person interview was held. A second in person interview was held a week latter and then an offer was made 2 days after second interview by HR
