I applied online. I interviewed at TicketNetwork (South Windsor, CT) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was simple, but took a bit longer than what I'm used to. Usually companies will hire within the first week of posting an add, some a few weeks depending on the company. I decided to purse Ticket Network because I've heard of them in the past and decided to do some research. It bothered me that there were so many negative reviews from clients but the mixed reviews from current employees made me decide to go ahead and apply anyways. I got a call about 2 weeks after applying to set up an interview. The process of scheduling a phone interview took about another week! The phone interview had a lengthly amount of questions about different scenarios with customers, and my availability. After I passed the first round of interviews I was asked to come for a 2 1/2 hour 2nd interview which would include a standardized test, meeting with a customer service representative and an interview with the manager. RIDICULOUS!!!! For 12.00 p/h when I'm getting offered 14.50 to work at another company, same position...didn't think so! The company really needs to get with the times and send their potential employees PROVE IT tests that they can take from home. Taking 2 1/2 hours out of my day for an interview when I could be busy interviewing at places that have a much easier in and out interview process, is a bit much. Plus for the low pay they were offering. didn't seem worth it. Company is taking way too long and missing out on valuable candidates because of this ridiculous process and low wages. Walmart pays more!
