I really like TodayTix as a product and its mission statement. I had a nice first phone screening with the Director of People & Culture for the Senior PM role. Then I received an email stating that they are excited to move forward with the interview process. Next step was going to be a video call with the VP of the product. I began to wait for the video call to start on the interview day. After not hearing back for a while, I sent an email asking if everything is alright. After 40 minutes later than our interview appointment time, I received a no-reply email stating that they decided to move ahead with another candidate. This was an unfortunate experience. I personally find this treatment disrespectful and inconsiderate of other people's time. I believe it does not match with the company's values they try to represent.
