Thank you for leaving a review. The test week is an important part of our hiring process as it gives both the candidates and ourselves a chance to try out working together. We usually invite the candidates to our Slack, where they can interact with their future team members and get a feel for our ways of working and communicating. The test week tasks are real issues the new hire would handle if they joined the team.
