If you pass the first steps, they will schedule a paid test week for you to show how you work. That's the most important part for the company and the candidate, so each other can identify in day-to-day work if it will be a good fit.

They referred me to an online test which I passed successfully with a high score. Even though I passed it they decided not to continue without explaining much. They just sent a boilerplate email about having lots of candidates and even though I fit the profile they published apparently They need something else. They should mention it in the Job Description to avoid wasting other people's time. A waste of time.
