The hiring process was human and smooth. The test week, although challenging to juggle when you're working somewhere else, was the best way of getting to know the people and the company culture.

Interview
No need to upload your cv. The first round is a test with 15+ multiple/single choice questions and 4 open questions. These need to be finished within 25 minutes. After finish answering the questions, the result report will be generated automatically.

Interview
The interview process was quick, and everyone throughout was lovely and very welcoming. However, there were many stages, so it felt thorough but tiring.
The test week is quite intense. As long as you ask lots of questions and collaborate with the team it goes very smoothly. Everyone wants you to succeed. They give you a project related to the role you are applying for.
