The interview was nothing I had ever experienced before. There were games, music and snacks to make people feel more comfortable. The company watched how we interacted with one another.
At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.
