A recruiter reached out for position within Toyota.There salary range was 15K below than what I currently make. Heard a lot about TQM process so willing to work on same salary as i draw now. Then recruiter asked me to apply online so he can schedule phone interview. I applied and they sent me auto-reject email. Wonder if it's to satisfy their own ego that they rejected a candidate than candidate rejected them.
