I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (London, England) in Jul 2014
Interview
First of all, the managers were 20 minutes late and they did not offer any apology. The interview last only 10-15 minutes. The two managers kept saying "we are very busy, we have many things to do" and they rushed me in the interview. I could not relax as they put pressure on me in order to be quick. At the end of the interview, they left me alone in the room saying "we will check if there is anyone else available to interview you." and nobody came back. Very rude and unprofessional interview. Please note I did not apply for the role but they contacted me because "very interested in my skill and experience". Funny that I was not successful because I did not have strong experience.

Interview
You send your CV, they reach out via email and schedule a call with you to outline as many details as possible about the job and then send you a set of tests. If you pass the tests, you go to an interview with a manager. If positive, you get an offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Rome) in Sep 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by someone in the human resources team via a videocall. She was nice and there wasn’t any tension at all. Questions were easy and casual. She wanted me to go through my resume and then she asked me about my specific expertise in the translation industry. I received an offer one week later, which I declined because the offered salary was too low, even for a remote position.
