I applied through my University and the process took 1 week . The first round was informal HR interview explaining what they looking for discussing your availability and the second round was phone interview with the team . Pretty straight forward question and mostly questions from resume

There are group interviews as well as individual interviews. The overall experience was pretty smooth and the set up transition nicely. It was a good experience and everyone was friendly.

Hiring is very very laid back, HR is worse. The whole interview process took 4 months. Didn't receive complete paperwork even after 1 month of having the phone call that I have the internship. HR seems to be ridiculously slow. Eventually got frustrated and declined the offer and accepted a different offer
