I was contacted by a recruiter and subsequently had a 2-hour conversation with them. The conversation was very beneficial and subsequently made me wanting to learn more about Trinity. Unfortunately, the senior recruiter said that they would come back to me with an update in 5-6 weeks’ time. After waiting for that period of time, I had not had an update and subsequently followed up the recruiter with two emails…. I heard nothing. I am conscious that people are busy, however, the level of disrespect that companies and recruiters are showing potential employees (regardless of the level of the role) is simply appalling and unacceptable. In this instance the organization did not display the “mission and values” that it proposes to be based itself on.
