TLDR: Triplebyte is the best! They connected me with companies that I doubt would ever have taken me seriously otherwise. I accepted a dream job at a top tier SF tech company. I initially took a 45 minute multiple choice quiz on their website. The questions were pretty straightforward, but in many different programming languages. After completing the quiz, I was told I had been fast-tracked straight to the final interview. I scheduled the interview for the next week. It was about 3.5 hours over skype. The final interview consisted of about 1/3 practical coding, 1/3 algorithms and data structures, and 1/3 system design. I felt the interview did a great job assessing my ability to preform at a real programming job, unlike a lot of other SWE interviews that just test academics. Note that this interview is HARD. After my interview, I received an email letting me know I was accepted. They had one of their engineers spend a full hour with me going over my interview feedback and helping me prepare for onsites. They had me fill out a survey about the types of companies/roles I was interested in. They offered 10 really awesome startups that they thought would be good fits for me. A good number of these startups were household names. After expressing my interest in some of these companies, they fast tracked me straight to onsite interviews. I ended up accepting an offer from a top tier bay area tech company through Triplebyte. I seriously doubt I would have been able to get interviews at these companies without Triplebyte. They came through for me in every way. I would definitely go through them again on my next job search.
