I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Triplebyte (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was pleasant and put me in touch with several bay area companies. I found triplebyte through a facebook ad, and then applied on their website. The interview process consists of two rounds, first is a MCQ type test and then a 1:1 google hangouts interview. After this, there are interview feedback sessions, where weak areas (based on interview performance) are explored and then the interviewer provides tips to improve upon them.
Then you discuss with a personal interview coordinator, who sets up the onsite interviews with various companies and also provides info about the companies and job roles at those companies.
The coordinator helps throughout the process, providing info or clarifying doubts when required.
I am very happy with Triplebyte and thank them for helping me land a great job!
Fill out quiz and then taking coding interview. Fully automated followed by connects you to companies to have further discussions and further technical interviews. Very straightforward process. Accepted offer from one of the companies i interviewed with.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Triplebyte
Interview
Skipped straight to onsite because of Triplebyte profile.
Onsite was very organized. Three coding challenges (frontend, backend, CLI game), one architecture, one product, one leadership. Respectful and well managed overall. Pretty hard tech interviews.
