I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Triplebyte in Feb 2017
Interview
Triplebyte starts with a multiple choice test. There's supposedly a phone screen, but if you do very well on the test they skip it. The next step is a two hour long interview on video chat with live coding, debugging, and more questions.
If Triplebyte accepts you as a candidate after this, you are matched with a personal coach. Mine was extremely helpful throughout my search and even with opportunities that didn't come through Triplebyte.
I was pushed to interview at more companies than I thought I might be interested in, but I got many strong offers as a result and got a better sense of my market value.
Going directly to on-site interviews with companies is a relief. Phone screens and take-home projects can be time consuming and tiring and difficult to schedule. Triplebytes online scheduling system made it straightforward to line up multiple on-sites that converted quickly to quality offers.
I felt listened to and values throughout the process. I will be recommending every company I work for use Triplebyte for recruiting in the future.

Skipped straight to onsite because of Triplebyte profile.
Onsite was very organized. Three coding challenges (frontend, backend, CLI game), one architecture, one product, one leadership. Respectful and well managed overall. Pretty hard tech interviews.
