One of the smoothest & most professional interview processes I have been through. My first interview was a phone screen with the hiring manager and then I went on-site. Half of the interview is answering situational questions that you would get every day on the job. The other half of the interview is just behavioral questions/examples of a time when...for example. It starts off hard and as you relax a bit more it gets easier.
