Initial screening by 20 question online quiz. Then, depending on how you perform on the quiz, they'll either send you straight to a 2 hr. Skype interview or a 45 min. Skype interview (followed by a 2 hr. interview). For the Skype interviews, you can either choose to code during the interview or complete a project beforehand and discuss it. I decided to do a project-based track, so 3 days before my first (45 min.) interview I was given a list of projects to choose from to complete. If you make it through the 45 min. interview, they give you feedback about things to change in your project for the next stage. In the 2 hr. interview, there was also a systems design question and some in-depth discussion about a technical area of my choice. The process was not bad at all. The interviewers were very friendly and helpful during the interviews. They even sent a long (several hundred word) response email describing why I didn't advance further and giving advice on some activities, books, etc. that might make me more successful in future interviews.
