I applied online. I interviewed at Triplebyte in May 2017
Interview
1. Online quizz
2. Technical interview
* Creating a simple program
* Completing / fixing a multithreaded program
* Designing a system based on functional / non-functional description
* Quick quizz
3. Interview where I was an interviewer
* Going through a design session
Communication was good at all times:
* I knew what to expect (e.g. program created during the interview was almost completely described in an e-mail with preparations)
* I knew when to expect that (e.g. when the feedback will be available / decision will be made)
* I knew the goals (e.g. that we'll have questions in areas I'm not super proficient in just sample my knowledge and it's ok not to know the exact answer)
* Who will I talk to next and what to prepare for
* Everybody was professional and still not-corporate-dead
All-in-all that was a great experience
