I emailed in my application. Quickly received a response and the owner scheduled an interview, only it wasn't really an interview. Basically she asked me a couple questions about myself, school, and where I lived, and introduced me to the general manager. Then she showed me around the restaurant and scheduled orientation.

The interview was so easy and simple. Stress was non existent felt like talking to a friend . They ask basic questions like tell me about your self and why do you want to work here
Typical interview questions, hired on the spot. Started the next day and had a great (and stressful) experience. Would do it again. Got free smoothies everyday, had fun with coworkers. Customers can get ansty sometimes but you have to keep pushing

Lasted about fifteen minutes and the conversation was flowing naturally. Very laidback and interviewer was nice and interested in actually getting to know you. Also very sweet and understanding of your schedule.
