I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tropical Smoothie Cafe (Richmond, VA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Was very short, thought it was going well until the end. She asked me normal questions, like "why should I hire you" and "what school do you go to" and if i had any restrictions like sports, but that where it took a turn. I had done wrestling and there was a dude on the wrestling team that had worked there before (I never talked to him and barely knew him). So she asked me if I knew who the kid was, and I said yes, because I did. When I told her I knew him, she sort of gave me this disgusted face, I guess because she had bad history with him working there in the past. She then continued to ask me if I knew 3 other people, which I didn't so I said no. The interview ended immediately after and it seemed to me like she had judged me solely off the fact I had known this previous worker that she didn't like. I guess she thought I had some sort of relationship or correlation with him, but I didn't. I feel like she definitively did not get a chance to know me and was very quick to judge me based off that and I do not feel like I got a fair chance at the interview, but it is what it is.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tropical Smoothie Cafe (Texas City, TX)
Interview
The interview was so easy and simple. Stress was non existent felt like talking to a friend . They ask basic questions like tell me about your self and why do you want to work here
Typical interview questions, hired on the spot. Started the next day and had a great (and stressful) experience. Would do it again. Got free smoothies everyday, had fun with coworkers. Customers can get ansty sometimes but you have to keep pushing

Interview
Lasted about fifteen minutes and the conversation was flowing naturally. Very laidback and interviewer was nice and interested in actually getting to know you. Also very sweet and understanding of your schedule.
