Got phone call after applying online. Asked me to come in next day with a pdf application. Went in & asked for manager. Sat down and immediately discussed work. Afterwards gave smoothie flashcards for memorization and showed how to make 1 smoothie. Must write in paper and sign that you will give up phone when clocking in. Read over uniform requirements.

The interview process was very quick and easy and the manager was super nice. The interview also only took about 15-20 minutes and the questions were not difficult at all.

Very short, but the interviewer seemed incredibly uninterested. Almost as if he seemed bored with his job, but very focused on what hours I had because they were understaffed. The store seemed very empty.
I went in for a 10 minute interview and was super easy and fast. I didn’t have any prior experience to food industry but they were willing to teach me. The majority of the workers there were young and out of high school.
