The interview process was very easy. I applied online and later that day I got a tex message from the franchise owner asking if I could come in the next day for an interview. When I walked in the next day the cafe was very busy so I had to wait a little longer then anticipated for the franchise owner to conduct my interview. He apologized for the wait and then looked over my resume. The boss asked me probably less the 10 questions and that was it. He had me come in the next day to have a small impromptu interview with his shift leader. This interview with her was more informal and felt like two friends catching.

The interview was so easy and simple. Stress was non existent felt like talking to a friend . They ask basic questions like tell me about your self and why do you want to work here
Typical interview questions, hired on the spot. Started the next day and had a great (and stressful) experience. Would do it again. Got free smoothies everyday, had fun with coworkers. Customers can get ansty sometimes but you have to keep pushing

Lasted about fifteen minutes and the conversation was flowing naturally. Very laidback and interviewer was nice and interested in actually getting to know you. Also very sweet and understanding of your schedule.
