Interview
I was called by the manager at one location and she asked me to come in for an interview. So I went the next day and waited for her to come out and we went outside and interviewed. It was a rely easy interview. She told me to tell her about myself. And asked about what my previous job was and about my cash handling experience. Then towards the end she asked "okay. One more question. If a customer comes up to you after ordering something and tells you that they ordered something different after receiving the food what would you do?"
I Just said "apologize and take it back and make what they 'said' they ordered" haha. She was satisfied w/the answer. She then told me if I could get all the paperwork done by the next day.and I could get my.certified food handlers card too that orientation starts the next day.... which was kind of lame seeing that I only had one day to do everything but I needed a job so I got it done and orientation was easy. It was at a different location but it was 2 weeks long. There was a test at the end o the 2 weeks that consisted of a written part(study your packet ). And then you had to show that you could successfully make a smoothie and food.
